Help ... Generic DN parked at a ppc search engine and I got a C & D

I have a generic domain parked at a ppc search engine and I got C & D
from a t0bacc o company.

How do I "politely" respond? I need to reply ASAP.

This could happen to anyone here.

Thanks in advance for any help/advice.

Too many unknowns and variables are involved so unless we know the name and url it's tough to offer any help blindly.

Sorry to be so vague, not sure how much detail to give.
It's a one word generic for this popular product.

PM sent

Well, if the name is similar to theirs, and you are using a keyword related to their industry, then I would recommend that you change your keyword to something more generic.
