    As of yet, no one I know, I was in this situation a couple of month ago, the case did got that far and we didn't met in the court. However, since I'm always looking for "good deals" I bare a risk of buying potentialy hijacked domains and want to be informed what risk I bare.

    How does the original owner actually prove ownership when now whois shows innocent purchaser as the owner?
