| Platinum Lifetime Member | how to deal with WIPO? a couple of questions: 1. If someone received WIPO, are there any places he can get information to help the responder to defend himself? 2. Can country name be trade name? (not trade mark, but the Complainant uses the country name as the trade name). thank you in advance. |

Country: | 1. You can read the legal forum here. Check WIPO and NAF for past cases. etc. 2. It can be a trade name/company name. Does the complainant have a trademark? If not then complainant should lose with the first element. Even if they do have then geographic domains are easier to defend.
