Your suffering from delusions again, I have always been against these bailouts and so have most "conservatives", and that includes the ones under Bush... If not for the Democratically controlled House and Senate, these bailouts would of never been passed. Using one bailout to justify another is purely idiotic, but then again you do this in most all your arguments.

I haven't justified or supported either TARP...fair enough that you haven't either, but you are wrong if you think Republicans didn't support the first Bailout. Of course some did not, just as some Dems did not, but they were both minorities within each party. Again, it is a fact that the first bailout was engineered and proposed by Paulson, then supported and given huge momentum by Bernanke (both hired by Bush) and Bush...all Repubs, sorry if that does not sit well, but you need to take it up with your party instead of trying to re-write history.

Of course it received some Republican support, but the majority of Yes votes for these bailouts are coming from Democrats. On 700 Billion Bush bailout in the House, 140 Democrats and 65 Republicans voted Yes, 95 Democrats and 133 Republicans voted no.... So much for the Republican minority.

The Obama stimulus is even more partisan, I think it only had 2 Republicans supporting it, One of which is Olympia Snowe... Need I say more?
