How much trouble?

How much trouble can I get into if I own hushpuppy.com

I thought it was just a phrase, had no idea it was a brand

All depends on how you are using it, when it was registered, when the TM was registered etc..

Hush puppies are not only a shoe, they're also a kind of food (I think similar to a crab cake?) and can also be used as a puppy training site.
