I need advice on how to protect my domains in terms of legal claim like for e.g. screenshots of whois information?
I might have some names in jeopardy (might be hijacked) and I need to take whatever screenshots or do anything that is relevant either as supporting documents or evidence to be used to fight the case.
URGENT!!
Cheers

Some registrar they are... (btw, it's namesecure.com).
I don't know if WHOIS records are legally feasible since they're subject to
change. But you might have a better chance if you're inside your account and
take screenshots there.
Another is keep your credit card statements detailing the specific time and
charge during the registrations themselves, something to tie them in.
You'd best contact your registrar as to what they require...if they'll help.
Other than that, unfortunately only the legal eagles here know best.
Vidi, Vici, Veni!
Can you perhaps describe what it is that makes you believe this?I might have some names in jeopardy (might be hijacked)

whois.sc keeps a historical whois on domains but it isn't perfect. I think it only caches the whois if their system accesses it for some reason, either by an inquiry or being on an included list of expired or expiring names. You might be able to force this by doing an inquiry on all your names there.
You do have to be a premium member to addess this data though.
