Arrow I have the .com of TV Star who is British

Hello

I have registered the .com domain of a British businessman who is going to appear on tv soon as a host for a show. It is his full name eg. JohnSmith.com

At the moment it is a "fan site" with a bio, some links, youtube clips etc. It has no ads, and no offers to sell.

How can I legally profit from this domain? I don't believe his name is Trademarked, and he lives in Britain.
