    Trademark rights accrue by use of a term in commerce in connection with particular goods and services. Has the term "iLoo" been in commercial use in connection with this product? No, as it does not appear that the product yet exists.

    This is a really stupid product idea anyway. The lines at these things are long enough without giving people a reason to waste time in them.
