Both pending:

KBA.com and CarSales.com

a search on Archive.org doesnt suggest anything like using the domain name poorly.

But Archive.org doesnt find everything..

I will be interested to see the result of the two above cases. I should hope, if the domain owner was using the domaisn properly, that he wins.

The corrupt people at UN WIPO set up the UDRP system so that trademark holders can easily put claims in to overreach their trademark rights.

Quite apart from all the obvious "Car Sales" places, there are untold thousands trading as KBA.
