Archive only showing 2002 and mid-2003, what was the news link?

Both pending:
KBA.com and CarSales.com
a search on Archive.org doesnt suggest anything like using the domain name poorly.
But Archive.org doesnt find everything..
I will be interested to see the result of the two above cases. I should hope, if the domain owner was using the domaisn properly, that he wins.

Another domain that caught my eyes is kudos.com (?), but I won't call that interesting.

The corrupt people at UN WIPO set up the UDRP system so that trademark holders can easily put claims in to overreach their trademark rights.
