wow! excellent!
I got a ccTLD with itunes without the S. This country gets confused with the singular and plural. created an account which has itunes affiliates. Just bought this dropped domain n will set it up. Wonder how it will do...
(was supposed to get out of the domain industry, but just saw this opportunity n had to take it. Maybe sell it once its established.
thank you for the lookup

Just keep in mind that "confusingly similar" clause in WIPO and URDP.

Hello Bad Faith. This is really a no brainer.

Anything to do with iTunes, iTune, iPod, iPods, iPhone, iPhones etc would be considered TM infringement. Then to use it as an affiliate, will just throw up a big flag since they track the domains from where the sales are coming from.

purple!

What the hell, ill just sell it. wasnt supposed to be buying anymore domains.

Yofie, it is a brainer.
iphone had troubles between Apple and Cisco. Also itune(dot)com is affiliated. owner has privacy protected.

There is just so much "grey areas". So lets say we made our own kind of Ipod but we call it "thisisminePod" for an example, then could we be sued since we would be competing with ipod!?

With this in mind, we are not competing with their product or name, just we happen to get a name similar to theirs.

Perhaps you like apples. If you get apple(dot)mobi, and wanted to show the different types of apples you like to eat, would you lose the domain?

There must be an EXACT line drawn what is considered trademark infringement. It shouldnt be the domaineer's fault that the users cant spell. So any typo is the tradmark owners fault for making such a difficult name.

itoons, itunes aitunes, ituns, etc...

DNQuest.com,
ummmm, never cybersquatted.

A lot's obviously already been said here. My best analogy would be tying yourself to the train tracks and praying for the train to come.

Maybe you should read your very own post again...

That IS cybersquatting and there are laws to support that stance. You are using a TM that you have no rights to for commercial gain; that, my friend, is cybersquatting.
