Jurisdiction. Reseller versus Registrar.

Yes I know I'm harking on a lot about jurisdiction but I am becoming
to realise that jurisdiction is ALL in protecting your domain form
predators using UDRP.

My question is this. Lets say I register xyxdomainreseller dot com
and reg it with a registrar in Eastern Virginia. Now I have a domain
regged in eastern virginia that is going to be used to act as
reseller of domains, to myself. Can the fact the "reselller" (well the
domain name acting as reseller) is registered in Eastern Virginia
give me Eastern Virginia jurisdiction under a UDRP, or even outside
the UDRP if I wanted ?. I personally am in UK.

I guess I could get myself a mailing address in Eastern Virginia
but dont know if that would help perhaps ?.would it.
