legal disclaimer for porn site?

I am in Ohio, USA.
What type of disclaimer do i need to place on my site? I see many have a disclaimer regarding over 18 year old viewers.

If your adult site is simply a portal / front for an affiliate program, don't sweat it.

Just use the basic boiler-plate notices, something like "This site is intended for adults only" ... plus add another statement regarding the models, such as "All models are age 18+" ... and finally a 2257 statement / link (federal law regarding proof of age of models; custodian of records); most affiliate programs provide a 2257 notice / link for affiliates to place on their webpages.

If you're producing content, especially if very alternative, be aware of "local community standards" - selling memberships, products, etc to people located in certain areas of the country can potentially risky.

If you are going to run your own adult site always have the documents you need on the models whether you are shooting the content yourself or purchasing it from someone else. You want to have proof of age.

Of course the normal must be 18 or 21 to enter this site. (More and more sites are moving to 21)

I am building the site from scratch. I was going to build a few free pages with pictures to increase the # of pages. But maybe its better just to use all affiliate stuff? An example of what I am building is Vajayjay.net if you have any comments or opinions.
