I'm buying a site for 20k and I need a lawyer to look at the contract the seller draws up as well as make a non compete agreement and act as an escrow and hold the money.

I need to hire a lawyer on DNForum preferably. Any lawyers on DNForum that do this service?

I'm sure Dr. Berryhill would do that, and i suspect Attorneys Neu and Goldberger would as well.
