Leo Radvinsky - Cybertania - Fraud

It seems as if Leo Radvinsky of Cybertania is heavily involved in the domain industry so here is a post to get his attention. Should you be him, one of his employees, or even know him please drop me a line.

Anyone dealing with him should be CAUTIOUS. He has ignored all my emails and Sedo's email's. I'd expect this from a new domainer but not someone who claims to own a company that gets a million visitors a day.

The short story is he bid on multiple domains when they were most valuable but did not submit payment to Sedo. This destroyed a package deal I had in the works because I relied on his bids to be legit. I do not know if this action was intentional for some other purpose such as to promote his own domain name but I cant fathom a reason for this to be done other than with ill intent.

I don't know if his Sedo account has been canceled yet but I am guessing that's the next course of action. No other information is being given (such as the domain names) because I will be suing him shortly to recover what he owes me for the names, my legal fees, and the hours it cost me to deal with this situation.

This post is a shot in the dark final attempt to get him or one of his staff to appear and to provide a reference point should others experience the same thing in the future or have with him in the past.

No response needed. Thanks for your time!

Know of only the Glenview, IL address at the moment. Need to wait to see the responses of subpoenas to uncover any others. The discovery process hasn't even begun yet. This might end up costing more than the domain's purchase price but I will be sure to see this to the end.

He's definitely not a stranger to lawsuits and basic Google search shows at least a couple problems with both small web developers and huge companies.

I tried hard to reach out to him politely and know for a fact he has received the emails I sent his AOL email address because I used another AOL email to digitally confirm him opening them.
