In summary, I do not mind he didnt pay, but he threatened me, then JEsponts, then theinvestor, He posted in my itrader saying I am a scammer. he threatened theinvestor to report to paypal to close his account. he wanted to report honest member to be scammer. these are what I can not bear .

Just searching the site. I see a week later Dorin is still on his voyage. I have a PM from him saying the deal did not need to be completed. He admitted that to everyone in the room. Why else would Rich and other people defend this. Plus I have the freaking PM from him! He constantly talked about me and this deal in the dnforum room which is uncalled for. Every time I came into chat someone told me he was speaking bad about me. Though I cant verify he actually did or if it was just two knuckleheads trying to cause an issue. Thus I called it a misunderstanding and agreed things got out of control. I am allowed to defend myself. I like the cut and paste job he did. He tried his best to edit out the portion where he admits he agreed not to do the deal. But as you can reed there is still small portions of it. The bottom line is I sent an PM to the admin to take away my neg from him if that is possible. He picked to leave me a negative first AFTER saying he agreed we had no deal. Was I supposed to not give him one back?? I had 100% feedback and always payed on time and still do. Yes, everyone is dumber for reading this. Bottom line is I am going to spend time with my newborn and wife and wont be on here to post again on this matter. It's a waste of time. Get a life.

Dorin is obviously losing sleep over this. I just left him a positive feedback explaining the other was a misunderstanding. Hopefully he can now sleep at night and be able to move on with his life. But

First off I don't really get how this is a legal issue. To me it seems that the deal went bad and even if negative feedback was left for each other Dorin whats the point in posting new threads about it? What are you really going to get out of it other than more finger pointing or name calling?


Obviously you two can't get along and its over and done with. I would chalk it up as a lesson learned on both sides and move on.

Agreed pink. I was away since last week and came back to this post. It's silly. Just wanted to put my side out there. Though I don't think anyone even cares about this. I was hoping a mod would close it b/c it's wasting peoples time with real legal issues

why people resort to insults and name calling is beyond me. You need a thick skin in this business and in any business especially when deals go bad.
