    Looking for "standard" or "semi-standard" Web site sale document

    I'm wondering if any of the legal eagles on here offer a reasonably priced pacakge of time + document[s] + possible escrow for formalizing the sale of a Web site from one party to another? I just want to make sure that all bases are covered [no representation on future earnings, agreement to release seller from any future liabilities etc] on what should be a pretty conventional sale.
