Not true. The owner of social.com showed on the chat. I heard that social.com was stolen before, so I asked him about it. Read the chat log again, or post it here if you would.
For Mom.com, I called them to see if they wish to sell the domain, but the phone number was invalid. So I reported it to ICANN. I admit that I was a newbie when I said that in the chat. I brought that up as result of seeing the owner of social.com was there and just joked around, I didn't realized it was that serious.
Post the chat log if you would.
The plot thickens..
How about just supplying all the evidence to an Admin here and get this matter closed once and for all.
VictimLessCrime could easily get access to his NetSol account were he to supply a passport or driving licence to NetSol at which point the audit trail could be proven.
I think until someone can produce hard evidence this is all conjecture, hearsay and coincidence.

Enterprise Communications and Social Media in Uist
aliengg, again, don't call me a liar in a public forum.
>>If that's the case, you would have got it back a month ago.
I did not know the facts a month ago.
Now I do.
someone move this to legal and out of the traffic sales forum
I'm buying credit, banking, loan, insurance related generics in .com, .net, .org with high search volumes/traffic. Will consider typos too! - PLEASE PM with name, info, & asking price!
Chat logs from np doesnt prove anything, i can brag about going after domains too ...doesnt mean ill do it...hopefully all gets resolved ..![]()
Domaining to the max.
Did "namesecure" play any part in this? ie: Was the domain name originally registered through them, by chance (They share an address with NetSol)? aliengg was quite a prolific poster...

Yes I need to actually put something here ----> RegisterBetter.com
I have to say, this explains a lot for me. I watched the same thing happen to a VERY premium domain during the past two weeks.
The name expired two weeks ago and went into redemption. Not two days later the Whois was changed, new owner name and no longer in redemption. I knew this was not right since the past owner had died and the Whois info is no longer accurate. None of it was.
Believe me, I did everything I could to do detective work and track down the living family, and even believe I found the correct phone number. They will never return a call from left messages. I contacted a friend of the family and he said they are near impossible contact, unless you show up at the front door.
So I sent an email to the new owner last week (All Whois info was available to public) and asked him to explain how it is in his name now. A week later, no response. Now the Whois is private--ironically! This name was stolen in a similar manner to the names above. No doubt about it!
The suspicious part is, some of the Whois information mentioned above
airs an uncanny resemblance to the Whois info I read a week ago when it was available for this domain.

Mr. Deleted here actually are a few idiots who don`t know about it and now read your very good knowledge and will start doing it. So its not very good to post it here. I think.
Zero Accomplisher and .mobi millionaire
Joe, I think you should really edit this post because you just provided a nice brief guide to stealing a name
I don't think many people will try this at home anyway, looks like a hell of a lot of hard work to me just to try and rip a couple of names from underneath someones nose.
And even at the end of it, the risk factor is so high, as we've witnessed here (although unproven). Anyway, I'm totally amazed at anyone trying to sell a ripped name on a domainer's board - suicide ..![]()
move the thread to exclusive or delete it
1. i am stunned this hasnt been moved to legal
2. too late ...for the edit part from mr deleted.
3. Mr delete should edit his post before someone some day jacks his domain.
Domaining to the max.
I've sent all the requested evidences to JP TWICE. I got no idea why he didn't even mention about them. Oh well... If you think he's the only one you can trust and whatever he says stands for gold, it's your choice but I don't think there will be more powerful evidences that can prove my points.
I'm sharing connection with my neighboring office as my DSL is down. I may not reply again until midnight.
