mdspace.com is there a TM issue with this domain???

Does the development of the domain name mdspace.com infringe on myspace.com's TM????? Do these domains sound too similar?? Do you think I'll have trouble with any myspace.com lawyers???

the following two articles have me worried.

First, "bsiness"? Is it intentionally spelled wrong? Might want to check your page.

Usage plays an important part, you are advertising Maryland businesses which makes the domain descriptive. Though I would correct the mispellings.

Of course, there is nothing stopping anyone from challenging anybody for anyhting.

I would never park a potential TM name.

The domain is not mine, I'm interested in a possible aquisition for a social networking website.

I don't think myspace could lay claim to the word "space" alone. Nor could facebook lay claim to the word "book". They're too generic a word. Together, the words "my" and "space" make up their mark, but individually the words couldn't be trademarked.

MDSpace.com... a doctor's social network perhaps?

Good luck!
