it seems to me that the companies are going only after the bigger typosquatters...and the biggest of domainers happen to have some typos atleast (just look at the names wanted section to see people who STILL want typo portfolios).

How many typos do you think Frank Schilling has in his 300,000 portfolio? Or Kevin Ham for that matter?

I'm not willing to accept the risk, but many people are, and they get what they deserve.

The Tomb Raider domain; That was last year and this is now, you wont find a domain in my portfolio that is currently infringing on a TM.

I hate guys/girls like that, they think they are some how better then others. First there was stock, who said he was keeping the domain for his brother, when he parked it and made money out off it.

Like I said before I have love for everybody, even for you focus.
But if someone comes out here and says somehitng like raider said or stoc said, sorry then its all over I will come after you.

I believe you are entitled to any domain you want unless the company asks for it, at which point you should give it to them if warranted. And I also believe they can pursue whatever action they want against you as law provides..this is the circle of business and life.
