Ok, and you are the self appointed enforcer of all "laws" on the Internet? It's not even a criminal or illegal act to profit from an "infringing" domain name. It is all civil and very much a grey area. Seriously, get over yourself.

Again, the domain was NOT infringing,

It was not a typo.
It did not have the words "Tomb" or "Raider" in it.
It did not have any characters names in it.
It did not have Angelina's name in it.

It was named after one of the TR titles, which has NO TM and is considered generic. So Stuff's argument that I cybersquatted on a domain is without any merit,

Please stop making excuses. you said the domain had 1500 uniques month. you parked it and made money. you said it was tomb raider domain. where in the hell would over 50 uniques in day come from?
and if it did not have tm, then youi say it was some kind title of something? Ok maybe but we will never know. You can say now anything you want. Next time just shut up and jump to next thread. And don´t speak about things you don´t know anything about.
