Here's a rule I use in ANY transaction. Regardless of the rights or wrongs I will ALWAYS back out a transaction if the sale goes sour for a buyer within 4-6 weeks of purchasing. NOTHING is worth my reputation. In addition, everyone that I deal with has had a very similar attitude. This means that the fine print on the terms is irrelevant (CPA/CPC etc) - just reverse the transaction and sell again. It also means that there are NO RIGHTS and WRONGS other than not going back to the initial state prior to the purchase. In a reversed transaction both parties end up with their reputations in tact and are able to do profitable business into the future.
