I have a site I got, and the previous owner used referrer spam... however I searched my name on Google and it showed my address so I emailed the person who posts on that site, and I asked them politely in an email to take the post off the site containing my address and not the other persons, and now I see the email I sent is on there publically. What should I do? I did not do the referrer spam and now he has posted my email. Please help :emba:

Send a C&D with the information to the webhost, site and upstream.

This is what I would look into, however I am NOT lawyer.

UPDATE: He has not posted again! And he still has my address on the site.
