Basically somebody else bought the domain and is using it as a "fan.info page" type site FOR their business, directly profiting from typo traffic and traffic from users who think they are the official site.
It should be a pretty cut and dry case with the proper cease and disist letter and they have asked me to recommend a lawyer that can help them.

There is Brett Lewis, and Renova (Paul Keating ?) from Spain seem to be pretty good judging by the UDRPs they have been involved in.
I have not dealt with either though.
Please clarify, is that a US lawyer you need ?
