New UDRP overview tool from WIPO

This has already been reported a day or so ago. But since no mention of it is
posted here, I might as well post it for everyone to peruse.

This will definitely be another useful tool:

Note, however, that this is for UDRP decisions rendered by WIPO.

Have a go! I just wish they input a portion on how to search for decisions in
which the complainant lost despite a no-respondent reply. :-D
