I have just checked my registrar account and found that I had misread my domain names. It is NOT StockExchange but StockMarket!!!
So I am asking:
With the domains
NewYorkStockMarket.net
NewYorkStockMarket.info
NewYorkStockMarket.us
am I safe from trademark issues? I definitely did not want to cybersquat and am VERY glad I don't actually own the trademarked name!
Please accept my appologies for the misleading thread name.
And thank you very much for your advice and help!

You could put up an informational website on the New York Stock Exchange- its history, address, etc. Use the .us to mirror the .info site.
Or avoid a potential conflict with the names and have the registrar void the transaction, put the money you spent on those two names toward new ones with less problems.
I will try both, in that order. Have already contacted my registrar (GoDaddy) and will see what they can do.
The last thing I need is to be stamped as a cybersquatter. I may be a fool for not looking up the trademarks before registering, but I am not a criminal. So I will try to get rid of the domains as fast as possible by either voiding the registration or just contacting the NYSE guys and hand the domains over for free.
No need to get into deep water there.
Thank you for your advice!
