I own a Domain of some "X" Personality in INDIA. Let me explain few things about him.
Suppose his name is "X" and he owns some "abc Industries" & "jkl Industries". This names "abc Industries" & "jkl Industries" are some registered trade marks. I own a domain name of his name. The "TLD" is ".com". I will explain with examples.
Suppose "Bill Gates" owns "Microsoft Co." I have the Domain "BillGates.com" which is not registered trade mark.
Now i have been using this Domain for last 2 years, I have been updating this website & content regularly, just for info purpose. In the Disclaimer of the site i have clearly mentioned this "Site has nothing to do with... Mr"X".
No Personal info of this Personality have been updated ever on this site. I would be updating the following information about him.
1] His Name and Business
2] His Awards won this Year
3] Any new Venture/ outlet opened by him.
4] Nature, Pesonality, Growth in the Current year.
5] Vision
This Information, i used to get from his books available in the Market. I never used to let out any personal information on this website. for example
1] Residence Address.
2] Office Address.
3] Meeting Address.
4] Family Information.
His Lawyer or someone, has informed me through a letter about the Unlawful use of the Domain.
Please pm the way out from here. Any suggestions welcome here.
