Apparently, somebody has succeeded in forcing the domain page.com to be taken away from its registrant via UDRP, even though this is a common English word. I don't know the details of the case, though, since the decision is in Korean, which I don't understand.

Google's translation from Korean to English wasn't that good. Anyone understand Korean here?
