PayPal Loses Class Action

I too have a check for 1 cent from a former employer that went bankrupt and whose stock became worthless. My loss was $250.

the class action suit against sears a few years back resulted in a similiar settlement as with paypal. in the end, the attorneys are the primariy winners....dollarwise, and of course whatever principle they were fighting for:-D
