I believe this same person has sued "forum members" for posting negative feedback about there products.

Good luck...Robert Novak filed the case alleging that Tucows gave away his domain name without his permission in May of 2003.
Robert Novak d/b/a PetsWarehouse.com filed a lawsuit against Tucows Inc., an ICANN accredited registrar and Opensrs, a service delivery platform from Tucows, alleging that Tucows gave away his domain name without his permission in May of 2003. This case parallels Gary Kremen v. Network Solutions wherein Network Solutions was found liable for domain transfer.
