Define "successfully acquired".

http://www.dnjournal.com/domainsales.htm

0412.com $4,120

While it would be interesting to hear some more detail about this, it's a pretty safe bet that Snapnames would not use Sedo to auction a domain name.

Sedo does not delete the domains that were listed before automatically , can this be the case ? I also see some of the domains I own listed on sedo for sale by the previous owners.

Tin,

Did you sell a domain by giving the account access directly?
Snapnames usually put the domain in the same account with a particular registrar.

The auction started from the 15th.
I think previous owners, not to be confused

Re: Please Help - Snapnames has stolen my domain!

I did a domain history check on 0412.com and its registered to the SAME person from 06/07/07 to the present, it never changed hands, which tells me Snapnames may have auctioned off a domain that never actually dropped, OR it dropped and the screw up is at the Directi, the registrar.

Snapnames never stole your domain, I question if they ever had control of it in the first place.

You need some sleep . It was dropped on the 6th. It was owned by a Korean all the way until it was dropped.
My guess is that DirectI put it in a wrong account.

Re: Please Help - Snapnames has stolen my domain!

I backordered a domain at Snapnames, 4 bidders, I won the auction, I paid for the auction, I never got the domain, days go by, I open a support ticket and get a email something like this;

The domain was accidentally placed in our system, we apologize for the inconvenience and have already credited the amount back to your credit card on file.

I suspect something like this happened here.

Re: Please Help - Snapnames has stolen my domain!

It happened to me about a year ago for a .info name. It was only 1 month later when I received my CC statement, that there was suddenly a charge from snapnames. I emailed them, with replies back and forth, and it was all sorted out in a week, and they apologized also. hehe

I'd like to see Tintin answer that question, if you don't mind.

Re: Please Help - Snapnames has stolen my domain!

Considering the time zone Tin's in, he probably won't be able to answer for a few hours.
However, he did included a screenshot of the confirmation from snapnames, and I have spoken with him privately about this.
Here we go:

Re: Please Help - Snapnames has stolen my domain!

Now that is helpful. I've contacted the president of DirectI and one of the VP's of SnapNames.
