Postings to this forum have been used in UDRP proceedings as evidence of bad faith. The suggestion to post generally is a good one, unless you want the public to know about your case and welcome public comment.
Precisely! Please see my posts in the Legal thread, "GoDaddy.com threatening me" ... in MY opinion, a potential complainant will use EVERY BIT of perceived "bad faith" evidence they can find to bolster their possible case.
