Country: | Question about TM domain I have a domain name of a bank based solely in the United States. The domain is a very close typing error for a small bank based in the Southeast US colonialbaxx.com. My question is can I legally hold this domain if it is not registered under a US address? I am not living in the United States and the domain is registered under a Canadian address? I have residence in Canada and my partner is based in Korea. Can the company legitimately come after me for holding this domain or would I be able to park it without any problems or concerns. Advice is appreciated. |

On the scale of typo's, bank typos are particularly bad.
