Register Today on DNForum IT'S FREE!I have a domain name of a bank based solely in the United States. The domain is a very close typing error for a small bank based in the Southeast US colonialbaxx.com.
My question is can I legally hold this domain if it is not registered under a US address? I am not living in the United States and the domain is registered under a Canadian address? I have residence in Canada and my partner is based in Korea.
Can the company legitimately come after me for holding this domain or would I be able to park it without any problems or concerns. Advice is appreciated.
So it's a typo of a US bank?
Yes,the bank is only based in the US.
As is the .com registry. No matter where you are.Yes,the bank is only based in the US.
On the scale of typo's, bank typos are particularly bad.
