Do I need to trandemark a domain that reads:

ThisisYourLastChance.com for example?
or
MyDomainIsForSale.com ?

Are there reasons why you would want to register a trademark in those terms? Maybe. What is it that you are trying to accomplish? Protect against infringers?

You know "MyDomainIsForSale.com" is kind of a funny domain name. To whom would you sell it? To someone else who wants to sell it? I mean, it is sort of perpetually for sale, now isn't it.

Yeah, I know what you mean. I had "BuyThisDomainForTwentyDollars.com" and I had a really hard time trying to sell it for the $100 I thought it was worth.

If you want to sell one for $100, try selling BuyThisDomainForTwoHundredDollars.com - most people will jump at a bargain like that.
