RDNH on Some, Not Others
Well this has to be a first. In a WIPO decision released today, a three member Panel has ordered transfer of some names, and denied a finding of RDNH as to those names, but also denied transfer of some domain names and found the complainant guilty of RDNH as to those names. Read the full decision:
