registrar refuses full access to my domain - UPDATE

since the board is not allowing me to post an update at http://www.dnforum.com/f26/registrar...ad-360317.html and also no link to edit the previous post, Im posting here.

Im updating this thread just to let the community know that I finally got my domain with full rights. Namecheap support has been great helping me to fix the problem, they asked me some scanned docs to prove I was the real person shown as the registrant in the whois database and as soon as emailed them they updated the domain in my account with full rights.

I must say that support was great, special thanks to Irma G. at namecheap helpdesk that was the one who offered me a solution and take care of my problem.

Said that, problem resolved !!!!!!!!!!!!!
