i bought a domain (freemobiles.com )and moved it to my dotster account
it was regged till 18 april 2003
i had the auto renew on
i didn t get any email from them
the date ended without renewing it
name went to namesdirect for a redemption period of 30 days
i asked them how can i take it back and they answered by an email from supportcenter@custhelp.com ( who tells me its namesdirect email?) and they asked me to send by email my credit cards numbers! or fax them to a fax number that they didn t even gave me city code or the name of the city ( just:

no phone number to call...
i m sure this domain is going to namewinner..
the 30 days have past but the domain is still there with me as owner..
i wish a lawyer helped me or someone giving me their phone number..
