Hey guys,
Does anyone have a template or an example of a good revenue sharing contract? I am planning on launching a site soon with a developer. Basically I am providing the premium domain name and he will be providing all the design, content, marketing, etc. Any help is appreciated.

I ended up writing my own contract if anyone is interested. It will probably serve me well as a template for future deals.
