Subject: ICANN - Domain Upgrade Notice
Date: Tue, 24 Jun 2008 06:22:08 +0200
From: "ICANN" <icann@icannresolve.com>
Dear Domain Account Holder,
You are being sent this notice from ICANN due to the fact that you
currently own an active domain name. ICANN is currently upgrading all
domains from their registry database.
The upgrade will introduce new control options for your domain and
easier
access. The new upgrade is required by the registry. All domain users
are
expected to submit their domain information manually at
http://www.icannresolve.com/email/li...21&N=5&L=1&F=T with the
required information for ICANN to apply the required updates.
The upgrades will be applied to accounts on a first come, first serve
basis. You have until July 25, 2008 to submit the required information
to
avoid service and domain interruption.
Thank you for your time.
Sincerely,
ICANNResolve

I was about to post this also.
These idiots. Why don't they make good use of their time and skills to make a proper living?
I also posted this under News. We probably were typing this in at the same time

It is a shame that some people may feel this is a real ICANN site and lose their domains...
Their site is down now. Thanks to the Namecheap.com for such a prompt action on the complaint and taking down the offending web site/domain.
Good job.
that's quick.
phishing emails are at an all-time high. the rotation between banks, sites, now domains-- gotta be careful! it's like a mine field.
Call FBI and kick in the *** these scammers.
I receive it too, and I do not klik the link..
Got it too.
Everyone here at the ICANN Paris meeting received it, so the response was facilitated by the fact that we're all in the same room.
