It can help some people, including my self, as it has never happened to me.
    Thanks.
What i do whenever i have a doubt is

I ask the person to open a dispute at paypal and then close it and then i transfer my domains.

As it is better to be on a safe side rather than loosing the money.

As paypal allows only one dispute to be opened once you close the dispute you cannot open again

Godaddy said they won't involve in a third part deals, paypal charge me with 370$ , plz let me know if something could help
    Thank you
The same guy scammed me on 2/14 on DP of my domain UTEENS.COM

PP said the investigation may take up to 60 days or more, either way I lost more than the $600. that was deemed unauthorized, I lost the domain, and PP + GD could care less.

GD got their registration fee, and thats all that matters to them

PP -GD both have inadequate policies that allow scammers to thrive and take advantage of their "valued" customers.

Same here, the #!@&%% scammed me on one domain I got lucky with others since I've told him that he will have to wait for few hours until I will talk with PP

PP can close your seller account (now I use me wifes) and G0Daddy don't really care even if you have over 300 DN with them and you're a reseller, they just care about renewal fees and selling other products and they not really protecting they loyal customers

So my advice is simple... use escrow service
