I can see this case appealed any day of the week.
Domin name fraud is now gone beyond domain thief.
Corrupted and fraudulent panelist, lawyers, drop clubs that inflate bids, registrars that steal expiring domains, traffic scammers that use robots to create stats for their worthless domains and sell them...
What do I pay taxes for if the goverment doesn't protect the industry I'm in?
Watch out.

Interesting case.
However, checking the Whois, I see that the Korean individual still owns the site.
Plus, I went to the site. And, it requires a login.
I assume their must have been a court case.
Pljones quoted 1-22-03 "I can't understand that decision either. But, it is currently being challenged in Korean court, so the registrant might not lose the domain name.
