I think I'm clear that as far as an actual litigation it is the Claimant (the party who brings the dispute to them) who pays and it's $1,500 if they want one judge or $4,500 if they want three judges (or panelists, wharever they call themselves these days)
Discouragingly expensive which is good news if you're not the Respondent (the guy being sued)![]()
Costs the complainant $1500 to file against you, one panelist.
If you stay with one, it cost you nothing (other than probably your domain).
if you want 3 panelists (and you do), it will cost you $1500 as well
Costs $4,000 as the Complainant for 3 panelists.
