Long live caning for scammers!

I've recently been thinking of offenses for which people should be horsewhipped: painting graffiti on anything you don't own, throwing trash (including cigarette butts) out your car window, etc. Online scamming certainly belongs on that list.

Cutting a hand off might not be too bad either.

Your right Dale, I lived their for 2 years and I never felt so safe. It's a beautiful little Country well worth visiting. I always liked going to Sentosa Island, I hear their opening 5 star Casino's there now to draw in more tourism.

Anyone breaking laws over there should really know better, It's like these idiots who kill in Texas, knowing very well that if their caught and convicted it's the death penalty, but they do it anyway.

I'm a big fan of Singapore. Always have felt really safe there - and great to be somewhere so clean! Really shows how much our gum on the ground has actually made a mess of many cities.

Incredible food and very friendly people! The new Casinos will definitely change Singapore forever...hopefully for the good.

Funny story about the Gum and why it was banned, One day the doors on the MRT (subway) would not close, as a result it shut down the entire system for a week while they figured out the problem, It seems that some Idiot took his gum and stuffed it in one of the door sensors. Soon after, the Government took a phone poll asking if Gum should be banned, the rest is history.
