    if you say to someone 'would you sell the domain for X dollars', that is an inquiry and not an offer. there is a big big difference. an offer sounds more like this 'i hereby offer you X dollars for this domain'

    Well said dragon! I fear this distinction might not be clear to some people.

    Just likje when you go the the car dealer and say- "would you take 8000.00 for this Honda?" That does not constitute a "legal contract", even if he says, "Sure."

    the way I see it, if nothing has been signed, and you dont have the money in your hand, then no deal has been agreed to legally...
