Question Is Squidio.com a tm issue?

I am thinking of developing Squidio.com as a general blog/article site that covers many different themes but the similarity to squidoo.com is playing on my mind, is it likely to be a trade mark problem?

    Many thanks

I would say better not, I got many brandable domains for sale if you're looking to build a general blog site.
(And anyway people wont probably remember squidio if they are squidoo users)
    For Sale: Rystal.com, Pentomic.com, Clebi.com, Kulmo.com, Kimeh.com, Syazo.com, Mexir.com, Sheor.com

Im not an attorney, but I would say it would not be a TM issue if you use it in a manner that is NOT competing with squidoo.
