    Stolen Domain Charges

    Does anyone know of a Domain Thief that has been Caught, and actually charged? Not too often the victims update us with news.

    have any done time in jail?
    have any had to pay restitution?

    Good question, we never hear about it. Most first time offenders never see jail, perhaps that's one of the reasons why.
