Did you buy on this forum and then resell it on DP?
Or did the person you bought it from here scam you?
Hi, I want to thank everyony for their moral support....This is the first time that this has happened to me, but I don't think it ever gets easier to handel.
theInvestor, I bought it here on Friday morning befor work and sold/got scammed Friday after work....Great start to the weekend
If I get any news on this, I will update....Cheers, Mark
wow that is scary the guy who scammed you looks super legit, with enough trades and history in his account, did u end up finding if someone had hacked his account?
I see the whois shows an owner who has account also at Fabulous.com . Did the scammer sell it on then ?
DG
I am curious as to the timeframe of notification from Paypal. How long did it take from the time of the transacation before paypal contacted you about the problem?
I am curious about this because I have some recent sales though paypal and I'm now preparing myself for some potential bad news.

Hi, Dg, I am not sure if he has passed it on yet.
NextClick, As I thought something was wrong almont immeadeatly, I contacted the person I THOUGHT I was selling to and he contacted Paypal right then, so I got the notice from paypal the next morning. If I didn't call anyony then I probably still wouldn't know yet..... I hope you do not get the same news I did....Best of luck.
Just found out that my domain is parked at sedo.com and is for sale....here is the link
http://www.sedo.com/search/details.p...456&language=e
I have written a letter to sedo about this and have added this info for anyone who might buy it. If my offline attempts to get this domain back are successful, anyone who owns it will have it taken away from them. So please beware of buying this ( or any ) domain...Look into it's history. I would hate to see any domain taken away from an honest person. Cheers, Mark
Sorry this happened to you, But as most everyone knows, When you use PAYPAL, you USE it at YOUR own RISK!!!
READ Paypal's TOS concerning Virtual items.
