There are several high traffic sites doing this and are running .asx files to pull the data through on Yahoo. In short, these sites say they DO NOT host the videos/content, so it's ok.
Any thoughts on this? Thanks!

I would HIGHLY suggest you get authorization from Yahoo in writing first, as Yahoo has big pockets and attorneys just sitting and waiting to take someone to court.
