If you were me what would you do?

Registered Ipod.tv a month ago last TLD available

Do I sit on it and wait for Apple to come at me or what?

Can I ask what your original intention was? I cannot - other than an acronym - think of any other use other than to infringe the TM of Apple.

was to register as many "IP" names as possible...For I strongly predict a move towards businesses harnessing, protecting and managing "intellectual property" my intent if Ipod.tv was to play with the acronym IP.....

Then I would just develop as planned and maybe you will not hear a thing. Interesting though - you will stress intellectual property, and ipod is just that...LOL
