    do i need a trade mark on jerry of tom and jerry since they was a team?

    I don't know how much The Pips recorded without Gladys Knight, but I do know that Jerry Garcia's work apart from the Grateful Dead was pretty good.

    You don't need a trademark on anything, just avoid violating the trademarks of others and you should be fine.
