Trademark Application for .INFO, Not by Afilias
I just saw this application for a trademark for .INFO by a company other than Afilias, claiming use back in 1995. Pretty nervy I would say... but can't blame them for trying. Looks to me like it is going nowhere because it says action on the request is suspended.
